Are Republicans hoping Obama fails to restore our economy?

No one with a brain wants the economy to fail. I guess that's why the Democrat Congress started working against the Bush administration in 06 to set up the failure and ensure Comrade Obama's election. Republicans have a history of trying to work with demoncraps. Demoncraps have a history of working against Republicans....So if anyone is to blame for our current state it's Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Hillary Clinton, Barrack Obama...et al. Who gained the most from our economy's failure?
