Christmas gift Ideas with things I already have on hand.?

OK so I want to make something for my boyfriend for Christmas. I bought him an LSU (Louisiana State University) Cup, some Hershey kisses with cocoa filling, and a change counter. Any idea of what I can make with it? I can't go out and by anything else. I do have a few art supplies though, and I can borrow wrapping paper or something from someone, but I really want to make this special and thoughtful because I have no more money to spend. Your help is very much appreciated, please don't leave stupid ual comments like I have been getting. is not a gift if you get it almost everyday. lol
