Really damaged "Scene" hair? pic included?

Teasing and straightening will break your hair, so yes it is possible that it could be the combination of those two things breaking your hair. I would suggest using a shampoo that caters to you using heat tools, or something really moisturizing. If your hair is dry, it'll break easier. I use moroccan oil products, and the shampoo and conditioner are amazing. You'll notice a difference after the first use. This product may not be what you are looking for, because along with moisture, your hair won't have much volume. I say try to get some moisture in it, and stop with the teasing.
