Recruiter says hes got a motivational job for says it pays 12 bucks an hours. what is this about?

im in dep and recruiter says next week he has a motivational job for me and asked me to wear my ghillie suit to this thing. says he will pick me up and drive me back home. whats is this all about what will i be doing next week for this motivational job?
