When did your baby start sucking his thumb?

Mine always switched between pacifier and thumb since he was born. When he was sleeping he would suck his thumb (well actually he sucked all four fingers and left the thumb alone) but when he was awake he used his pacifier. And don't stress about breaking the habit - mine quit on his own at 10 months and he also quit nursing on his own at the same time. Easy as pie!
