How many casualties were taken from the start of OEF to the start of OIF?

Operation Enduring Freedom a.k.a the U.S. invasion of Afghanistan after the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Operation Iraqi Freedom a.k.a the U.S. attempt of the liberation of Iraq. Please give me the info. Don't answer if your not sure. Back up with proof/sources if possible.
