I want to just quit school and everything because the Rapture will most likely happen in the next 2 years...?

According to the words of Jesus in the bible, the rapture happened 2000 years ago. He told his disciples after he resurrected that he would come quickly. He sent them into Israel to spread his message, and told them that he would return the second time before they could visit each city in Israel, and that the generation of the time would bear witness to his second coming.
