Does this kind of homedesign software exist?

I want an easy to use programme that allows me to build and design a house in 3d. Really something with almost the simplicity of sims 3 but with real measurements that I can use. I find cad very complicated and time consuming and I dont need that level of detail. I would be happy if it had say a standard wall tool for example.
