Many reasons people do stupid thinking in the spur of the moment. Two video's of the same Police officer. if I were the police chief I'd be looking into that officers file jacket. Loyality above all, EXECPT! honor. I don't know all of the issues prior to the video. But you have a standard as police officers, you are the Example... not the exception..
