How do i remove a software from my windows mobile PDA?

i have this program on my windows mobile PDA, which i have already uninstalled, but the icon for it is still there, it just leads to nothing. there is still a file of it, but when i try to delete it, it just says "you don't have permission to do this". how do i get rid of it?

The stuff you already know how to do should get you on the HS Squad as long as when you cheer your motions are tight..A foward and backward handspring really just count as a few extra points. Not everyone who knows how to do a back/foward handspring will make the squad..Also, another thing is jumps. Make sure to point your toes and jump and high as you can and you should be good.
