get the truck registered in a parents name if possible.get it in your name if possible.have the title changed before court if possible.go to the court clerks office and explain your situation before court you might ask the clerk to allow you more time to get your vehicle registered. take the registration back to the clerk. you could get this resolved without seeing a judge ..possibly good luck!@
