GUINEA PIG C&C CAGE ????????

so i have this c&c guinea pig cage were im gonna put it has tiles can i just use the tiles as the under thing i will put towels newspapper and fleece on top so i wont have to go out and buy coroplast CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME????
