Can i be prosecuted for an alcohol ticket in west valley city Utah if my copy of the ticket has no reading.?

I went to crewfest got busted by undercovers with a flask went to there vehicle got breathalized but i never was told what i blew and my ticket was blank so i dont know if theres a loophole to get me out of that or not.
