Car loan???Advice plzzzzz?

Ok im 18 my first job was burger king which i worked there for nearly 2 years i just got a job at walmart making 8.35 an hour with around 35 hours a week. I have 2 credit cards one with a $400 limit and the other with an $800 limit i only owe around $100 on the one and nothing on the other. i have a cell phone bill thats $100 cuz me and my girlfriend are on the same plan and i still live at home and pay no other bills. What are my chances at getting a car loan? How big of a loan could i get without a co-signer? Im wanting at least a $10,000 loan. Answers will be appreciated thanks
