How do I delete a Group? I'm a co-moderator. Other mod is gone, and the Group has been all spam for years.

I've e-mailed Yahoo with this question numerous times over the past few years, but have never gotten a response. And when I search the online Yahoo Help with the question "How do I delete a group?", it replies, "Are you asking about a Yahoo ID?". Fat lot of help that was. So, how does one go about deleting a group? (btw, I was MADE co-founder/mod, by the *original* dude - who then split and never came back, leaving me holding the bag.) Anyway, thanks for any insights.
