Reality check does anyone have the reality check?

This man has been after me for the last three years, nice man, good job, gorgeous home, amazing personality. Here is the problem that strikes me as odd. He is a neighbor of a friend of mine. She says all he does is work on his yard and maybe one night on the weekend he goes and visits this married couple across the way. We have spoken at lenght about why he isnt seeing anyone. He use to play the field and he told me that AIDS has him totally freaked out. When I ask him how he gets pleasure he tells me ROSIE PALM. What I cant fathom is how a man can pleasure him self for almost two years without a woman? Is that really feasable? Come on guys tell me the real deal. NO GUY CAN GO WITHOUT TWO PARTNERED FOR TWO YEARS............right?
