Skin trouble !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! help !!!!!?

i usually have really clear skin ...but i am suddenly getting these eruptions all over my body ..on my forehead ... insides of my legs near my knees ... they are not red or itchy ...neither are they pimples ... what do i do ?? ... any home remedies ?? thanks !
